Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Pahloma Patches is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please email contact@pahloma.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
